Equal pay for women has been a long-standing issue. Latinas have the largest gender wage gap and considering the huge economic power we have as a community this is disgruntling to say the list.

In this episode, I have two fantastic guests Claudia Romo Edelman and Pam Covarrubias who share their thoughts on Latina Equal Pay.

What you'll learn about in today's episode:
  • We discuss the impact of the movement towards equal pay amongst the big names
  • Potential first steps towards equal pay
  • Their thoughts as to why the gender wage gap got larger this year instead of shrinking
